How-to Evolve Snom

Snom requires that you bring it to a high happiness level. You can play with Snom at camp with your toys, catch it in a Friend or Luxury Ball, eat curry, feed them vitamins or berries, or have it carry the Soothe Bell to raise the happiness. To check the happiness of the Pokemon, you can go to Hammerlocke and enter the building to the right of the Pokemon center. There's a kid in that house that will tell you how friendly your Pokemon is with different phrases. You can also get the Soothe Bell here by talking to the girl in this area! You can also check the level of happiness by having a "chat" with your Pokemon in Camp. 1 - 5 hearts will be shown which correspond to the happiness level. One being the least amount and five being the highest. You're shooting for at least four hearts.
Place the Soothe Bell on your Snom and then play with them in Camp. That's going to be the fastest method for raising the happiness. Once you're done, just make some Curry to make sure you've gotten it high enough.
You will now need to level up your Snom at nighttime in game. Once you've done that and you've got the happiness level high enough, your Snom will evolve into Frosmoth!
